Purpose of the Platform<\/h2>\n\n<p>The NowRPM Platform is designed to support remote patient monitoring, clinical communication, health data tracking, and treatment management. The Platform may provide health metrics, educational content, questionnaires, and communication tools for users and authorized healthcare providers.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Platform does <strong>not<\/strong> provide medical advice and is not a replacement for professional diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions must be made by licensed healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n<p>You may use the Platform only if you meet all requirements:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>You are at least 18 years old, or<\/li>\n    <li>You are using the Platform with the consent and oversight of a parent or legal guardian, or<\/li>\n    <li>You are a licensed clinician or healthcare entity with proper authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>By using the Platform, you represent that all information provided for registration is truthful and accurate.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>3. Modifications to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n<p>NowRPM may revise these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately when posted. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>4. Accessing the Platform<\/h2>\n\n<p>We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without notice. User-Generated Content<\/h2>\n\n<p>You may submit information such as journal entries, clinical responses, or messages (\u201cUser Content\u201d). By submitting content, you grant NowRPM a license to store and process it solely for providing the Platform\u2019s services.<\/p>\n\n<p>You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>12. Platform Updates<\/h2>\n\n<p>NowRPM may release updates to improve features, security, or performance. Some updates may be required for continued use of the Platform.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>13. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h2>\n\n<p>THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED \u201cAS IS\u201d AND \u201cAS AVAILABLE.\u201d NOWRPM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.<\/p>\n\n<p>We do not guarantee that:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted<\/li>\n    <li>Data will be accurate or complete<\/li>\n    <li>The Platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>14. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n<p>TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOWRPM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.<\/p>\n\n<p>NOWRPM\u2019S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED <strong>$1.00 USD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h2>15.
